Requirements for a Full Refund:

 

– Your item must be in new condition, just as it was upon arrival.

– Ensure all accompanying elements are included when returning the item – including the original packaging, accessories, a blank warranty card, UPC, and no field or claimed rebates. We expect the complete package.

– When returning the item, ensure it is fully insured and dispatched using a traceable shipping method at your expense.

 

When a Product Cannot Be Returned:

 

– If 30 days have passed since the receipt of your shipment, a return is not possible.

– Items labeled as “Final Sale” or “Special Order” are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

– If the item is used, installed, it cannot be accepted for return.

– Completing the warranty card, product registration, or filing rebates renders the product ineligible for return.

 

How to Initiate a Product Return:

 

– Access My Account, navigate to your recent orders, and submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the item.

– Once approved, dispatch the item to the assigned warehouse, ensuring it is fully insured and tracked.

– Or send a mail at support@pcmacwin.com to return your product. 

 

Exchange Policy:

 

– If you opt for an exchange within the 30-day Return Policy, please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.

– In the case of a more expensive exchange, charges for the price difference will apply.

 

Delivery Policy:

 

– Normal Delivery Hours are observed from 8 am to 7 pm, Monday to Friday.

– Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date and time.

– An adult signature is required at the time of delivery.

– Thoroughly inspect products for damages upon delivery, as this step is crucial.

 

Order Cancellation Policy:

 

– No cancellation costs apply before shipping.

– Following shipment, an estimated return shipping fee of $1.50 per pound is applicable.

– “Special Order” or “Final Sale” items are non-cancellable under any circumstances.

 

Product Image and Specifications Policy:

 

– Product images are for illustrative purposes; therefore, specifications and features should be cross-verified with our sales associates or the manufacturer’s website for accuracy.

 

Freight Forwarding Policy:

 

– PC MacWin relinquishes responsibility for damage or loss once goods are accepted by you or a freight forwarder.

– In instances of damaged goods, kindly refuse acceptance and apprise your freight forwarder accordingly.

– You or your freight forwarder bear the responsibility for compliance with export and import regulations, with PC MacWin expressly excluded from any export documents.

 

Support/Services

 

There is no refund if you purchase a service from PC MacWin. Some examples of when you can not claim a refund. 

 

  • In any case, if you do not  receive the same result as mentioned on the website or during a discussion, you can not claim a refund. 
  • If your device does not work properly after a day of service. 
  • If you did not avail of any service during the validity of the service period. 
  • If your device has some other issue that you did not mention.
